Get Blazy Driver Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Get Blazy LLC ("Get Blazy," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Driver," "you," or "your") regarding your use of the Get Blazy platform (the "Platform") to provide pickup and delivery services. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as a Driver on the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age;
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record;
  • Possess a reliable, legally registered, and insured vehicle that meets all applicable state and local requirements;
  • Successfully pass a background check and maintain ongoing eligibility;
  • Submit accurate and current documentation as requested by Get Blazy.

3. Driver Responsibilities & Conduct

By participating as a Driver, you agree to:

  • Perform all pickup and delivery services professionally, responsibly, and in compliance with all relevant laws, including traffic and delivery regulations;
  • Maintain active auto insurance that meets or exceeds state minimum requirements, and list Get Blazy as an additional insured if requested;
  • Accept full responsibility for any traffic violations, fines, damages, or accidents that occur during deliveries;
  • Avoid engaging in fraud, misconduct, or misuse of the Platform;
  • Indemnify and hold harmless Get Blazy, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your actions or omissions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Drivers will be compensated per completed delivery at a rate agreed upon in advance.
  • Payments will be processed on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) through your designated payment method.
  • You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Get Blazy, and are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and insurance.

5. Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Get Blazy is not liable for:

  • Any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from a Driver’s conduct, negligence, or failure to comply with applicable laws;
  • Vehicle accidents, theft, or third-party claims during the course of a delivery;
  • Platform errors, outages, or interruptions;
  • Any disputes or interactions between Drivers and customers.

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Termination & Suspension

Get Blazy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in the event of:

  • Violations of these Terms;
  • Fraudulent, dangerous, or illegal conduct;
  • Failure to meet ongoing eligibility criteria.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, branding, and content, are the exclusive property of Get Blazy. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any Get Blazy intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, with each party bearing its own legal costs and fees.

9. Modifications to Terms

Get Blazy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
